days held together
Your pod's number grows when people show up— a wobble counts as showing up, and one person's rough day can never freeze it alone. A missed day pauses the count. Nothing ever resets to day 1. Ever.
a stranger's phone rings for you
Hit one button and type the text you almost sent them — every word. It goes to your pod, not your ex, and a real person's phone actually rings. They can answer from the lock screen: “i'm here — give me 60s.” If nobody's up, we say so honestly — never a bot pretending to care.
a wobble, not a reset
Slipped? Your days still happened — the count is cumulative and mathematically cannot go down. What you write about it never leaves your phone: our servers have no column for your notes, and the API rejects them on principle.
before it gets hard
Relapse isn't random — it's their birthday, Friday nights, the holidays. We watch the calendar with you, build a game plan three days out, and put your pod on standby before the wave, not after.
graduation is the point
Around day 90 you stop needing us — that's the win, and we throw the party. Stay as a mentor if you want to be the 2am human for the next cohort. Our dashboard literally flags long-term engagement as a failure signal.

an AI to talk to you.
Every row is checkable. The notes one is the easiest: open the network tab, write a check-in note, and watch nothing leave. Our API rejects a note field outright — there is no column for it to land in.
what is the no contact rule?
The no contact rule means no calls, no texts, no checking their socials — for a set stretch after a breakup, usually 30, 60 or 90 days. It is not a tactic to make someone miss you. It works because it starves rumination: the repetitive thinking that keeps an attachment alive long after the relationship ended.
The hard part was never knowing the rule. It is 2am on day nine with their name still at the top of your messages. That is the moment a no contact tracker full of numbers cannot help you, because what you need is not a statistic — it is a person.
NO CONTACT CLUB is a no contact app built around that moment. You are matched into a pod of three to five people at your stage, you hold one streak between you, and when the urge arrives you send it to them instead of to your ex. You can also just use the free counter in your browser with no account at all.
what people ask first.
isn't obsessing over your ex with an app backwards?
It would be, if the app pointed at them. This one never names or describes your ex, and the count measures days of choosing yourself rather than distance from a person. The thing you open at 2am should pull your attention toward people who are awake with you, not toward a shrine.
wouldn't a healthy person just not need this?
A healthy person also doesn't text at 2am and regret it by 8. Wanting to reach out isn't weakness — after a breakup the craving circuitry behaves a lot like withdrawal. Having somewhere to send that at the moment it arrives is a plan, not a diagnosis.
is it really free?
Yes, and specifically the safety parts are free by rule: pod, streak, and talk-me-down. No login wall, no email capture, no card. If that ever changes, the things that keep someone safe stay free.
how many people use it?
Very few. It launched recently and the pods are small on purpose — three to five people, so you'd be noticed if you went quiet. We're not going to invent a download count or a success rate; the whole category does that and it isn't true anywhere it's printed.
what if nobody in my pod answers?
Then the app says so, in those words. It escalates to people who said they'd be awake, and if nobody takes it you're told the truth rather than shown a fake reply. Crisis lines are one tap from every screen where it might matter.
is this therapy?
No. It's peer support and self-tracking, and it isn't a crisis service either. If you're in danger, 988 in the US answers immediately and is always one tap away in the app.
will it help me get them back?
No, and it isn't built for that. It's the moving-on app. If getting back together is what you want, this is the wrong tool and we'd rather say so than take the download.
is there an Android version?
Not yet — it's iOS only today. The free counter works in any browser if you want to use something now.
